Dunkery Hill, the summit cairn of which can just be made out in the image on the left, dwarfs the tiny hamlet of Horner nestling at it's foot, while the wooded slopes of Halse Coombe lie between them.
Similarly the extensive woodland in autumn dress covering the slopes of the East Lynn and Hoaroak Valleys dwarf the falls at Watersmeet which are barely visible as a tiny speck of white in the image below.
