Horner Village
You can imagine this scene on a chocolate box or picture puzzle. A row of cottages, a farm, and a couple of tea gardens are all that make up this tiny hamlet in a wooded valley at the foot of Dunkery Hill.
Its a lovely place and a hive of activity in summer, populated by walkers, horse riders, and tourists, but in winter it's a very different. The tea rooms have closed, and the colour in the gardens and the fullness of the trees have gone. So too have the tourists. But the charm is still there, albeit of a different genre.
