Horner Woods

One of the best places to see autumn colour on Exmoor is the area around Horner Woods. The broadleaf trees take on fiery colours that can be spectacular if the conditions and weather leading up to the season have been just right.

If the skies are blue when you visit, look up, the backlit leaves appear luminescent and contrast strikingly with the sky.
